We offer keyholding services for any of our clients who has their Intruder Alarm System with us. Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service for any systems with another provider.

As part of this service we liaise with emergency services, maintenance companies, and other external contractors. This helps to secure your premises in the event of something untoward happening.

Our keyholding agents are licensed by the SIA for Key Holding duties.

We charge a quarterly fee to hold keys, then a call out charge for any visits to site. We are also able to arrange access for other contractors should you be unable to provide access yourself. This is particularly helpful should you have a site in Bath or Bristol which isn’t manned. We have regular customers who utilise this service for unoccupied sites, as well as customers who require information from sites such as meter readings etc.
