Administration Assistant
Due to company expansion we are looking for an Administration Assistant.
Part Time hours. Based at our Bath operations centre.
The role includes scheduling and planning workloads for our Engineers, dealing with ad-hoc requests and queries from clients, answering phones , and general office duties.
We provide Fire & Security Alarm services, and our sister company provides IT & Communications Systems. We require someone who is organised and self-motivated with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
The role would suit someone with good customer service skills, working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates from a similar service industry background are encouraged to apply.
Other general duties include :-
• Coordinating Engineers
• Stock Management
• Uploading worksheets and sending on to various clients
• Working with various online portals.
Experience required:
• Experience within the Fire & Security industry
• Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
We're looking for someone who's seeking a long-term position where you can develop your skills and become part of the team.
The position comes with 20 days Annual Leave plus Statutory Holidays. After a qualifying period you will also join the company pension.
Job Type: Part time with the potential to move to full time.
Salary dependant on experience.
Work Location: Office Based – due to the industry, working from home isn’t available.
Due to the nature of the Fire & Security industry and specific contracts, if successful, we will need to complete several background checks including a credit check, five-year referencing history and DBS check. All offers will be subject to successful completion of these background checks.
